This company had TERRIBLE service. My parents paid for a service, and the service given was incomplete. After calling them for 3 months to this day, they ihave successfully given us the round around. They have made appointments with us, and never bothered to show up or call. This has happened at least 4 times. They also blamed their poor service on a former employee and put the blame on him, but still have failed to right the wrong. Just now, a representative called and told me he doesn't know when they could come to fix the problem, but gave me instructions and said I should do it myself. If you want to pay for a service and have the company call you and tell you to do the labor, call TOP NOTCH. they are perfect.
