Jason Klein Electrical Contractors is that rare service company that provides the highest quality level of professional service both at the management/supervisory level (shout out to Jason and Stephen) and in the field (shout out to Louis, Nate and John). They attended to our electrical issues, continually checking to ask if they were meeting our needs. Moreover, they involved us in the process of decision-making when the need arose. In addition, they frequently thanked us for the business and opportunity to provide service. At the end of the job, these guys asked if we were happy and told us, "We're not happy until you're happy." Who does that nowadays?

I have now used Jason Klein Electrical 4 times over the past year, since buying my townhouse. Each time they have arrived on time, have been knowledgeable and efficient. I am writing this review to highlight their knowledge and expertise, as they were able to install a new combination smoke and CO alarm, snaking a wire from a pre-existing hook-up in very quick fashion. Thereby, saving me money and just as importantly completing the job in a manner which did not require me to re-paint. They did such an excellent job that I wanted others to know, so I decided to write this review.

Jason and Stephen are phenomenal! The provided a quote last year and honored it when we called this year. They scheduled our appointment and was on time. We moved our furniture and prepared areas for them so they can work with no problems.. They came in, did our recess lighting (kitchen and living room) which is WONDERFUL and they ensured to clean up after themselves which is an A+ in my book.

Overall, they are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and respected our home and space.

If you need electrical work, down to the installation of the Ring devices, just give Klein Electrical a call, you can't go wrong.

Quality work, trustworthy, and just plain nice guys. Jason and his brother Stephen really took the time to listen to our needs and plan out our job. They did fantastic work in the specified time frame. They even made helpful suggestions about placing our carbon monoxide detector in a better location. I felt comfortable being alone in the house with my young children, while they worked. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.
