Our heater was having problems on Sunday. Called Bob and he was at our house within 45 minutes. Thank goodness because it was cold outside. It was a disconnect issue. Which was a quick fix for him. We really appreciate his prompt response and honestly. He did not try to sell us things we did not need. Definitly will use him again if needed. Local and honest.

Furnace quit overnight. Called Bob at 7:30 a.m. and he arrived with his grandson at 8:15. They found the problem and had the furnace running within the hour. Have had him here a couple of times before. Always dependable and reasonably priced.

We woke up this morning and our furnace was not working. The furnace kept trying to light, but wouldn't stay lit. I waited for about five hours hoping it would finally catch. I didn't want to have to call on a Sunday and bother someone to come fix it, nor did I want to pay weekend rates. Once I broke down and called, the technician was here within an hour, and was finished within 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional. The best part of all was the price!!! I will certainly continue to use Bob Bergen.

Called Bob for a heating repair and was very pleased with his work. He explained the work very well and was very quick with getting the parts needed. I felt he was very honest with the price and will recommend Bob to my friends.

Have had Bob come to my home twice now, once for AC, this last time was Furnace. Both times he arrived promptly within a cpl hours of initial call. Bob knows his stuff, talks to you honestly about it, and I trust his opinion on brands. Reasonable rates both times and wouldn't hesitate to call again. Have never dealt with his son, always Bob

Ive heard great things about Bob but when his son has come to do work for my father who is elderly, he has left broken parts and junk laying around for a month and asked for payment upfront (which he pocketed the first day) - has taken my dad for 300 dollars for no work and a mess, now going into the second month, winter is coming soon so we are trying to find someone who will do the work reasonably. The son calls and sets a day and time to show up and is always a no show, after the first week he showed up before 8am (after making a 10 am appointment) leaving a note on the door with all the parts out on the porch in the rain. Third week he put the new part in, left all the old parts out on the porch and has not showed up on 4 more appointments that he set to finish up. I have pictures and trying to find out how to help my dad get things fixed up right and not be robbed. Maybe Bob has retired, he has not been a part of this but hope he finds out how people are being treated. Sorry t

Our A/C went out over the weekend when the weather hit in the 100's; the A/C was blowing out hot air. I had spoken to my neighbor and they referred me to Bob Bergen. While my neighbor's issue when they used the service was more severe than mine, they had to have their A/C unit completely replace 3 years ago and have been happy ever since, I decided to give these guys a call.I called and within the hour I had a tech onsite that diagnosed the problem and within another hour they serviced our problem, which was the outside condenser fan. They were able to get me a replacement fan and added freon to the unit; the family and I were sitting pretty within 2 hours. I cannot say enough of the turnaround, price and now happy and cool family members!!!!!

I woke up Sunday morning to no heat at all in my home! I called Bergen Heating & my furnace was working again within 2 hours. My grandchildren & I are go grateful for their professionalism and prompt service!
