Founded in 1996, Southwest Christian High School is a college-preparatory high school that serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school is an independent, interdenominational school that serves families from more than 40 churches and over 25 communities in Minnesota. It offers classes in English, Bible, social studies, science, mathematics, fine arts, world languages, and physical and health education. Southwest Christian High School also provides sports activities in soccer, basketball, baseball, golf, track and field, swimming and volleyball. The school has a staff of a nurse, guidance counselor, discovery therapist, custodian and teachers. It provides opportunities for mission trips and class service projects. In addition, the school organizes concerts, dramas and tournaments. Southwest Christian High School is located in Chaska, Minn.
