Was extremely disappointed by the service that I received, or rather didn't receive today. I have been going to Snippers for months with my two dogs and had always loved the place. I had only wanted a quick nail cut at the time but was enticed by tooth brushing so I asked the women if she could do both, she wasn't at all please by the fact but I shrugged it off. Now my one dog is very afraid of things/people he doesn't know and she was not very accommodating to that and only made his fear worse even after I stated to her a few times he's afraid. She made no effort to make him more comfortable while she literally hacked at his back paws. She cut a total of 8 nails, didn't even finish one paw, before she brought him back out to me saying that I needed to bring him back on Saturday and that she couldn't handle it. Not only was she extremely unprofessional but she has now traumatized my dog. I was really happy with the services I had received up until this point but due to this incident I will be taking my business elsewhere.
