Polly gets great haircuts here and we love coming for "self wash" time. The location is perfect for me to drop her off and then go to a movie or lunch on the downtown mall.

The girls there are very helpful and definately know what they are doing. My dog runs to the door when we arrive, she loves it! Maybe it's the treats she gets. I would recommend Wash & Wag to everybody, it's clean and friendly and they do a great job.

Wash n wag sucks, its dirty, the groomer stole her old bosses client list just so shed have costumers at wash n wag....the owner lives in the shop, shes bitter and doesn't know how to groom.

I followed Samantha our groomer to Wash and Wag the set up is perfect for our pet. We love Samantha she's very good and we are always pleased. You can ask Kim at Wash and Wag how to get this young ladys contact info. She's working on setting a client bass to build her own buisness. Best groomer in Charlottesville. Take my word for it.

This women can NOT groom well at all.And she lives in the shop.It is cleaner than it was but please.
