I went to Tuffy's expecting to pay for a new air conditioner compressor and spend about $1000. These guys gave me a free diagnostic right away and determined that the only thing wrong with my car was a lose belt and it was low on freon. I spent $65 on some freon and the engine noise (from the loose belt) was gone. These guys cold have easily have pulled a fast one but instead they provided a honest diagnosis, using state of the art equipment. They even were able to take the freon out of my car to measure it so that they could determine how low it was on freon. I would definitely give these guys a try and at least use their free diagnosis.

Tire and Brake work was awesome and inexpensive, I thought! Labor charges very fair! Nice People

These guys here at Tuffy's are honest. They are not out to take your buck! I'm a college student with a limited budget and the told me exactly what was wrong with my 98 Honda Accord. They gave me the estimated costs and asked me if they could answer any questions. I told them that i would have to get the car fixed over time and asked what would be the first thing to get fixed. Chris was honest with me and said that if it was him he would fix my brakes right away. I might be able to get away with 5 thousand miles on my tires but to keep an eye on them and I could always bring it in for them to look at it in a month. I had my breaks fixed that day and I am so happy with them! They give you a life time warranty on the brake pad so that is a great thing for a poor student!I am a life long Tuffy customer from now on. Thank you Chris and the guys at Tuffy Auto Service Center!
