BAD Service in the Charlottesville Va store. Manager was unwilling to work with me on an exchange!!!! Never going back!!!!!

Easy to try shoes on here and then find online at a cheaper price. Unknowable staff,etc. I won't spend a dime because of customer service. They treat you like a criminal on extanges. Never again

Easily the best selection of men's shoes in town. Easy to browse and find your size. This store is no longer in Shopper's World, but a mile south on 29 at Seminole Square shopping center on the north island.
