I was really excited to get my hair cut since it had been a few months. The salon was pretty and peaceful. Shannon washed my hair, massaged my head, didn't seem to mind I had my 4-month-old there. I brought a very clear picture of my hair a few years ago when I loved it. We discussed the length and she started to cut my hair. Before I knew it, she had cut my hair SO SHORT! I told her it was way way shorter than the picture and she said she was sorry. She blended the layers, finished up the haircut. I told her again it was way shorter than I wanted and I didn't like it. She said, "It'll grow and be like the picture in a month." She didn't seem to care at all. I paid, left, went home. I was hoping I'd like it more after I played with it myself. I was even more upset as the day went on, so I called and asked to speak to someone about it. The receptionist took my # and said an owner would call me back. It's been 2 days and they have NOT called back. So in summary, TERRIBLE haircut, TERRIBLE customer service from the stylist and the owner. I WOULD NOT visit this salon unless you want to leave very upset and feel like no one cares.

I got my hair cut here yesterday by Shannon. I have very curly and hard to deal with hair and usually end up getting hack jobs for haircuts because people don't know how to deal with my hair. Shannon did a wonderful job and gave me one of the best haircuts of my life. She took the time to blow it out and straighten it for me which a lot of places don't do and seemed to really know what she was talking about. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be going back. It was also very beautiful inside and seemed like a very clean place.
