I run a business based out of Charlottesville with 5 satellite locations in Virginia. I also own a local restaurant in town. I am very mobile and basically run my business from my laptop. What I love about QuickFix is that, unlike other tech companies I’ve used, they truly listen to what I want and they get it done. They are not a bunch of geeks and they are not a bunch of salesmen. They are honest folk. From time to time they tell me how I can be more efficient and how I can improve. I feel no pressure from them. Almost always, what they suggest is exactly what I should do. When it isn’t, I tell them and it’s no problem. We pay them to maintain and backup all of our stuff in our different locations as well as the POS system in the restaurant… it’s worth it. If our employees have any issues, they don’t need to ask me for approval to call, they just call. We don’t get charged anything if there is a problem. (Since we get them to perform maintenance, it’s included.) I’ve never had such a painless “geek” experience.

I called around before I finally chose these guys. I chose them because I could tell that they really knew their stuff from my initial phone call/ interrogation. They were pretty much able to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it over the phone. The main reason I think that they deserve 5 stars is because through the whole computer fix-it experience, I had a high level of confidence that things were being done correctly... and, of course, they were. When I tested my PC it worked like a dream. They fixed a dead laptop screen and made the system run about 2 times as fast. Very cool. Highly recommended.
