PLEASE DON�T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to buy from this store! They�re just a small business that don�t have any respect and responsibility about their customers! They may call even �Police� to get rid of you after buying from them!!! Just read my real story that happened today:

I�ve bought a pants from them last week. A few days later, I�ve seen the same pants in Dicks in a much more cheaper price! it was unbelievable! so I decided to return my first purchase. Suprisingly, they didn�t accept my return because I just used it only once after initial purchase! I insisted on my request, so they�ve called their manager to talk with me but he was a rude childish non-professional angry person that told me:

� if you don�t leave my store, I�ll call police!!!!! Can you believe that?!?! I�ve spent more than 600$ in this store and they called police just to solve a simple return problem with their customer!!!!!
Is this a good behaviour with a first time customer?!?!!?

It was a terrible experience for me!!!!

I will never come back to this store again and try to avoid anyone to do that!

I went in a few weeks ago to look at some electric sunglasses. The staff could care less, and had a terrible, cocky attitude. The one guy with the beard simply opened the sunglasses case for me and went along his business. I then asked if they had a certain model sunglasses in stock and the guy responded like I was stupid. I have lived all over from Colorado to New Zealand and have been to many board shops where the employees have true experience. Yet, the worst shop ive found where the employees think their bad a$$ shredders was in central VA. Never going back. I'll buy online.

We have trained and experienced employees, most of whom have been with Freestyle for more than two years. Some who have left have now returned to work for us after completing their travel or education. We all strive to help fulfill each of our customer's needs giving them personalized, professional and friendly assistance. I welcome you to come to the store or call me to discuss your concerns so that we may improve our level of committment and service to all of our customers.

All the reviews I have read are obviously from the owner, Sepp kober. I have friends who use to work there and I have shopped there now for AWHILE and recently want to stop but they are the only place around. The stores staff use to be great a year or two ago but horrible recently. not friendly at all and the manager is always in the worst mood, ive heard him arguing with customers many times. Is'nt the customer always right?
