Roland and I wanted all of you to know (especially Dale and James) how happy we are with the replacement porch railing and posts recently replaced under warranty at our home. Your customer service is exceptional and second to none! We had no idea when we called about the rust problem that the entire porch would be replaced at no cost after all this time. It is very rare these days to find vendors who will stand behind their products (labor and all) with such willingness to please their customers. As you are aware, I worked many years dealing with warranties and customer service, so I can say first hand, you guys are great! Thank you for all you did. I wish you many more years of success in your business.
