I think that the customer service at this place is by far the one of the rudest doctor's office I have ever been to. The nurses there are not friendly - they do not make the patients feel comfortable and the person at the front desk is rude. They do not return calls back in a timely fashion and when you do call to check the status of anything - they transfer you to voice mail. Also, Dr. Petok doesn't show that she really cares about the patient. It's more or less like they are there to do their 8 hours a day and run home.

Definitely, would not recommend going there for they gynecology. Not a family friendly place for a women to go to.

I have been going to Debra Johns and Tina Petok for years now. They handled my surgery as well as yearly exams. They are the best in what they do.

for a GYN to go too with only women then this is the place. There are two dr's (A regular doctor and nurse practioner). The only thing is that they don't do pregnancy anymore so if you get pregnant you will have to switch to another dr. They refer you though.
