This company offers different nutritional programs. When you go in for your free consultation they will impress you by speaking about their personal chef who will customize meal plans for you and after you sign up for their program you will receive a customized binder with meal plans and food choices customized to your needs. The dark secret to this program is they only customize 3 meal plans, give you a binder that they tell you afterwards is based on the food pyramid (which you could look up online for free) and expect you to follow this with weekly follow up appointments. The weekly follow up appointments are useless. All that is discussed is what works, what didn't work, and what can you do for next week. If you choose the three month plan which includes the meal binder and weekly visits you will pay well over $600, and if you decide half way through the program this isn't working for you they will still charge you in full. Honestly the program is a joke, save your money. I wish I did, and all the reviews on this page are by employees of the program.

fantastic program with long term results.....educates you on how to eat and take care of yourself....i have never felt bettet about myself than i do now......i would highly recommend to all my friends and family!!!!!!
