My washer had quit spinning and was no longer usable! The serviceman (Nelson) came out and had already ordered the parts he thought he'd need! He was professional, polite, and prepared! He had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Very pleased with his service!

I recently had trouble with my oven not working. It was the week before Christmas and me being the family baker, this was NOT good. They said they had to order parts so couldn't get me in as soon as I would have liked (the day it happened), but they were able to squeeze me in the Friday before Christmas THANK GOD!!! They even came early in the afternoon window for me so I would have time to bake that night (we do our get together on Christmas Eve). Although it was stressful having to wait for service, the lady I talked to on the phone and the guy that came out were very nice and got the job done just in time.

Had a technician come out to look at my TV and I couldn't be more pleased with service. Yes, I was out of warranty but they were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. I looked around and they seemed to have the best rates for the issue I was having. They were even able to work around my crazy holiday schedule. It was a bit difficult to get them on the phone, but emailing them really expedited the process: their email is [email protected] (in case any of y'all need them)

I was honestly surprised to come on here and see the bad reviews. So I wanted to make it known that this company is better than the few bad reviews make them out to be.

They are an unprofessional company!!! Called Samsung to see if they could come out and look at my fridge. They set me up with this company. Ice was forming in tue back of my fridge. I called tekniton to make an appointment and she told me that it was $90 for a service call to come out and let me know what was wrong and if I wanted it fixed, it would be another $105 plus parts. The day the tech came out, he ONLY looked inside the opened fridge and said it was the sensor...didn't remove anything to make sure that is what it was 100%. To me this is what a service call is!!! I told him I wanted him to take the back panel off to make sure, he told me that would be another $105. I said but isn't that pet of the service call. He said no, that he knew what was wrong with it without looking at it. I told him to forget it then. Was charged $90 for him talking to me!!! They called within 5 minutes of him leaving and asked if they could give me a discount of $30 to finish the job. I told the girl I was satisfied that he didn't remove anything to make sure what was wrong 100%. She said well if he fixes it and that's not the problem then you just have to pay for the parts. WHAT..? I asked her what a service entailed and she said for them to look at it and tell me what was wrong. I made the appointment to get it fixed. I called the home base in CA, and they said I'd have to call and talk to a manager from NC. Are you serious..? Ok, so I tried to call a manger that day and today. I was on their auto machine waiting for 12 minutes and no one came on. Did it again today...same thing. This evening I called and canceled my appointment!!! I don't trust that they won't mess up my fridge more. Do not go to this company!!!

Awful company. Don't do business with them. I had a technician come out to look at my Samsung TV, he said he couldn't fix my TV and that I would need a new one. They then charged $90. Rip-off.
