The reason why Summit Ridge want get no stars from me. Because I been living out here for one year now. I thought that maybe this place is a nice, friendly, and safe place to stay at. But telling you the truth its not what I thought. The people in the office is nasty and rude. They don't about care about their tentants. Also while staying here the office told us that we couldn't have our kids bike, or grill on the patio or we will be fine 25.00 a week. Its a very unsafe place to stay dealing with your health. It is very INFESTED with roaches I had ask them to bring somebody to spray the apartment. It took almost a month for somebody to come. And to be honest to you it made matters worse. I'm very upset disgusted tentant because I'm the one who paying to live in some slumps like this with my kids. I advise to anyone think twice about moving in apartment like this with your family because it is unsafe health hazard place to move in.
