Really excellent service and so pleased we chose them.
We called around and got pricses and they were the nicest on the phone and gave great customer service and sent us a really cool driver who was Ariel and the Cadillac limo upgrade was awesome!

I spoke with David in Jan'16 to arrange transportation for our wedding night in June'16. We wanted great “end of night” pictures of us leaving the venue. David told me that classic cars were unreliable and many did not have a/c. He boasted how reliable his cars were and we booked the Maserati. I gave David a deposit in Jan'16 along with the pick up time and location of our wedding. I told David that I did not want to look like I was going to a high school prom in a stretched limo.With no communication prior, a stretched Hummer arrived at our wedding venue. To say we were upset would be an understatement. We were not able to get our end of night pictures; it was embarrassing. David failed to deliver, call, text or email us. We were told by a company rep that we would receive a refund.It has been two months and no refund. David is a dishonest businessman who ignores people and refuses to correct the situation hoping that by continuing to delay, people will simply give up.

The manager/owner of this outfit (Daniel) is a rude, sarcastic, disrespectful individual. The limo was late. The carpet inside needed to be cleaned, it was obvious that this car wasn't prepared for the occasion. We smelled exhaust fumes in the car. The driver was asking us directions which is totally uncalled for with a transportation service. Please look elsewhere, this is a terrible operation and I wasn't impressed

I give a NO STAR RATING!! Beware!! This is not a reputable or honest company. I booked two vehicles in Feb 2012. I cancelled in May 2012 and was then notified that my refund of $400 (only of which $300 was authorized) would not be refunded. I then requested a copy of the contract (did not see it before authorizing payment because it was over the phone) because I had yet to have received it. After several attempts to contact David, I have yet to hear from him since mid June and have yet to still receive a copy of my receipt/contract that never existed. What a fraud!!

We used them for my daughter's wedding. They were very prompt, super polite and courteous We had a 22 passenger hummer that was stunning! Very elegant, clean and well stocked. I would recommend them to anyone and can't waait to find and excuse to use them again!

We used Royal Limousine for our wedding on Aug 14 2010 and they were fantastic! We used the Hummer H2 to get all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen to the church and reception (it was so cool because it had a disco floor!) and then my new husband and I used the RR Phantom as our getaway car after the reception. The Phantom was AWESOME and our friends and family were totally blown away! We have some of the best wedding photos that I have EVER seen! We cant wait to use Royal Limo for our first anniversary next August!

Top drawer company. Rolls Royce Phantom is the BEST chauffeur driven car in the Country and envied by all the small minded pathetic limo companies around. The car has won 4 awards including BEST CHARLOTTE LIMO. No wonder sad little people have to lower themselves to writing false sad reviews as they have no business!

Royal Limousine ROCKS!!!!! We have never had a limo service show us Charlotte and the surrounding areas with such knowledge and sophistication. David and his staff were prepared and punctual - the Rolls Royce Limo totally blew us away! We would definately reserve a limo again with Royal Limousine. I hope you have some available for New Year's Eve- or maybe the McAdenville Christmas Lights limo tour??THANKS ROYAL!! You are the best!!!
