Provided by YP.comI Purchased 6 appliances from Queen City all of them Sub Zero except the ice maker which was a U Line. I wanted a Sub Zero, but the Salesperson Rick Webb talked me into the U Line in stock. He assured me that is was the same quality and had the same warranty as the Sub Zero. I have a problem with the ice maker that is going to cost $800.00 to fix. It would have been covered under warranty had it been a Sub Zero. Then I called U Line for assistance and they told me that the "new" unit that was sold to me in November 2012 was shipped to Queen City in 2006. They are not willing to do anything about the problem. Stay as far away from these guys as possible. They are beyond decietful
