We loved this place when it was called Poppy's. The food was much better, and the service was exceptional. Italia Eatery has been disappointing. We recently ordered delivery for dinner. After 1 1/2 hours, we called the place and got their answering system (this was around 8:00 and they close at 10:00). The delivery guy never showed up. We tried calling numerous times that night and no answer. We visited the restautrant the next day. Long story short... the delivery guy couldn't find our house. Rather than calling us on his cell phone for additional directions, he just went home (and apparently took our dinner with him). The employee wasn't very apologetic and said he would call us, which never happened. I cannot believe a restaurant that is clearly struggling would treat their customers like that. I would HIGHLY recommend not ordering from this place. Unbelievable!
