I wish I would have read the google review from June 5 before hiring Jeff. 2 months ago we hired him to paint walls, doors and a concrete floor at our business. He was kind enough to come in on a Sunday so that we would not need to be closed. He assured us that he could complete the job in one day and it would take 2 days for the paint to cure. We gave him the colors, he purchased the paint and completed the job. 6 weeks later the doors began to peel. He brought the Sherwin Williams representative to our business to see what went wrong. It was uncovered that he used a latex paint over oil paint without properly priming the doors. Instead of having him strip all the doors, the rep suggested covering it with epoxy. He did this on 1 door to see what would happen. The doors are still peeling and his solution is to refund us part of our money. The doors now need to be stripped and repainted which will force us to close our business to do this. Jeff agreed that his refund will not cover the cost to have it done properly, however he claims we have created a hostile environment and he doesn't want to come fix the problem. We are a day spa and I encourage anyone to read our reviews. I believe he is confusing hostile with dissatisfaction and outrage over a job done very poorly in the first place.
