I spoke to a sales guy Steve who told me over the phone that I could get a car for 5000 if I wanted to. When I get there I talk to another sales guy who then says your approved and shows us this ugly car and would not tell us the price. He showed us another car which was a Toyota sienna that had no back seat. Finally to top it off Gus came over and said we needed a deposit. We told him we didn't have it he told me to go ask 8 of my friends for 50 dollars. They are rude and disrespectful. The whole time we were there no one ever said the amount may of the cars cost but they did ask for a deposit. Just be very careful shopping here cause they are VERY THRISTY to sale a car.

I gave them a 5 star rating because I was in desperate need of another car and I went to Planet Suzuki with poor credit and no money and drove away with a new car....MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! BUT, I need to be honest, they are "slick" and "fast talking" just like many car sales people; They are really nice and a lot of fun, so if you're not paying attention, you'll have regrets; so don't get caught up in all the "fun". They could have been more honest and upfront and the "deal" I got wasn't a deal at all and the amount of time I was there was too long but about the same as most dealerships....the process is horrid, not unusual, just horrid. The most important thing is that I have the car that I needed (not wanted) so I'm basically satisfied, nothing to jump up & down about though. I have already referred several of my friends who might have similar challenges....

i went to planet suzuki with my in laws to help them get a vehicle. not only did my mother in law get a 2012 grand vitara but my father in law got a 2012 Equator truck. They were very happy about how they were taken care of. They offered to buy them lunch & drinks since it was around lunch time. i deffently recommend this dealership to ANYONE who is wanting a wonderful experience!!! I will be bringing my daughter for the 1st time buyer program for sure!!

Recently my wife and I set out to buy a car, which was something we were kind of dreading. Not only did Planet Suzuki offer me two thousand dollars more than my old beat up car was worth (some dealers only offered me $100 for it) but they also got us financed into a car with NO MONEY DOWN! THEY EVEN GAVE US A GAS CARD FOR FREE GAS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR!!!



While other dealerships treated us like garbage and insulted us, the staff at Planet Suzuki was helpful and made miracles happen. We have a bankruptcy and a reposession in our past, and Planet Suzuki got us financed.
