Total Rip Off! Called for serve. They sent tech, he said he had to order part ((Spring)) after 5 minutes and left.

Never heard back from the this company and called, 3 weeks later, and they said they would got spring in and sent two techs -- Installed spring and then said it would need a complete new rail system. Total time on job 1 Hour.

Again, never heard any thing back from them and the door still not working. Called them and they sent another technician and he made some adjustments. 30 Minutes on the job.

They door works ok now but never like it did before the spring broke. Then I received a bill $1,000. I called and they reduced it to $880. What a complete rip off. I would run from this company and they will not let you speak to anyone in charge??? I really don't even know the name of the company because three different company name on service truck and invoice had three different Names - Overhead Door, Wayne Dalton and NationServe???
