Called Nana's Pet Sitting after reading positive reviews on Angie's List. Left a message on a Monday; waited about 5 days with no response from business. Called again, and the owner answered her phone. She said that my name was on her desk as a person to be called back that day or the next day-she told me that she is understaffed, has hired three new pet sitters and this is still not enough staff, and generally sounded tired and put out by my call. She told me that if I didn't hear back from them within 3 more days, to call back again. I went with the next pet sitter on my list, called Pampered Paws. They were cheaper, professional, prompt, and responsive. I would not recommend Nana's unless she gets her act together and learns how to treat potential customers. Asking for two call backs and not following through is just rude.

Called Nana's about a week ago looking for a sitter for my cat. Also called another company to compare prices. Nana's was over two hundred dollars more than the other company!!!!! Ended up going with the other company, and was very happy. Also, when I called the lady said that up to three different sitters might be visiting my home over that 10 day period.

I just think something is a little strange with this place. The owner is a little off. All I am going to say is...watch out.

If you are looking for the very best pet sitting service...look no more!!! Nana's Pet Sitting in Charlotte, NC, is really great!!! We arrived home after being gone for a week and EVERYTHING had been taken care of...our dog Rebel was happy and content and we could tell that he had been well-cared for!!! Our cats were happy...the litter box was clean...the mail was neatly stacked...their service was beyond our expectations...I highly recommend this service and we will definitely use them again...

I have been using Nana's Pet Sitting Service two to three times a month (with multiple days) for over a year now and I simply cannot say enough good about them. I feel completely confident that my pets are well take care of! They leave notes for each day, spend quality time with my pets each visit and make sure they are healthy and doing well. This isn't a service that just swings by to check food and water, they truly care for your pets and take time with them to ensure they are doing well. I travel a lot and having this piece of mind is invaluable! If you are looking for a pet sitter you can trust and feel confident your pets are well taken care of while you are away from home: look no further!

Nana's Pet Sitting is new, but not new to pet care! Linda, owner of Nana's pet sitting is a wonderful pet care provider. She cares so much about the animals that she is caring for that her personal and home life go un-noticed! Linda truly loves all the animals and is only concerned with their well being. Anyone who chooses another pet care service is getting less than the best for their pets!

Nana's Pet Sitting is wonderful! We hired Nana's because we had been in Charlotte for less than a week when we discovered we both had to travel out of town on business. We have 4 dogs that had never been left alone before and were in a new city and new house. Linda Edwards (owner) came over for a meet and greet with the dogs, it went great. We have one crazy dog that is very suspicious of strangers but he took to Linda right away. The dogs love our regular pet sitter, Tammy. She showers our dogs with love as though they were her own, spending extra time with Sarah who is blind & deaf and requires extra loving. We can travel for business knowing that Tammy and Linda will take care of our babies just like we do. Everybody will get the correct medicine and food (different for each dog!). Tammy leaves a note at every visit letting us know what they did for fun and how much trouble they got in to!



I feel more comfortable leaving my dogs in the care of Nana's Pet Sitting than with my own parents.

I hired Nana's Pet Sitting for the first time in May of this year. I have two dogs, one of which is very mistrusting of strangers so it is not easy to find someone willing to take on a not-so-friendly 60lb dog. Linda initially came for a visit while we were home to get to know Buddy & Sandy. I liked the way she did not push herself on them, but let the dogs check her out first. However, it was while I was on my vacation that Linda told me she would say "touch" to Sandy and she would touch her hand with her paw! That shows a trust that she does not often share with outsiders. Linda truly has a gift with animals and I will be calling her again. Also, the extra touch she took in taking care of my home while we were away was very much appreciated!

I use Nana's Pet Sitting on the holidays, when I am travelling for business, or when I am out late and need someone to check in on my cats. I get WONDERFUL service, and Lucy is well cared for. I TRUST this business and absolutely adore Linda Edwards (owner) and my primary pet sitter Frank O'connor. They do such a good job and I rest easy knowing that my pets and my home are safe and in such good hands. I have tried other pet sitting services before swiitching to Nana's Pet Sitting and there is no comparison, and I have not gone elsewhere since. It's so nice to come home to a happy cat and a clean litterbox.

It's like having your granny come check in on the kids for you!
