I'll keep this quick. There's nothing worse than a storybook review.

1) They were very professional throughout the entire process
2) They were very efficient and detail oriented
3) They packed our POD very well!

In my book, that gets you 5 stars!

I used this moving company without looking at reviews. Paid more than I was quoted because took longer due to lack of proper equipment to move items. Did not have much furniture (5) pieces and 20 boxes. Moving from a senior complex with elevator to another senior elevator complex. Boxes was man handled and when indicated where items to be placed, boxes stacked on breakable items. Broke my stereo tower and speakers in double bags but when when arrived only in one bag. Mattress and box springs in covers and was not covered when on truck. Mattress and box springs arrived filthy and had to remove to wash. Never had a mover that did not give receipt after moved completed. Had to pray that my credit card will not be in jeopardy. Called and talked to Adam because one of movers brought a shopping cart that seniors used that was donated to the building because did not have enough equipment for move and advised him that had to be returned. Whether that was done I don't know. Adam made light of everything I said. I will never use them again. Not professional and never will give my credit card information without a copy of transaction at the scene. I was afraid if didn't pay I would be in trouble. If had paid in cash, would not have have any copy of transaction. Finally got a copy of receipt by email but very scary to be put in that type if situation.

Beware do not us this company unless you want to be ripped off. they quote you a price and you pay double. SO I do not know how they are getting 5 stars They call themselves professional movers. They are neither they are not professional nor are they movers. They were 1.5 hours late. Had no tools to break anything down.
They would not take the dressers with the clothes in the drawers. Professional movers take everything. They would not take the refrigerator apart to get it in the house.
They said it would be seven hours and how was I going to pay because they would not unload unless they were paid..
I saw red because I was quoted four hours at $65.00 an hour. I could not pay with cash because I was not given a good estimate so I ended up paying a service charge for using a charge card. They did not disclose this prior
My wife called and questioned why did I pay for seven hours. The mover started at 10:30 and he counted that as an hour. Did I say was seeing red and did not even catch it. I immediately called the office because of the over payment and of course no one answered. I left a message and no one called back.
I actually put in on the back burner and forgot about it. I finally called today 10/31/16 They side stepped every issue. They stated we paid for six hours and we left a $68 tip. I gave the workers $20 bill each because I was already getting ripped off. I questioned is that on the receipt as a tip. You guessed it no they only show a total.
I was told nothing would come off the truck unless you pay in full so I would say I was strong armed. His response did you call the cops because they were taking money against your will.

I requested a copy of the receipt and requested to talk to someone in charge because he said he was only a salesman. You guessed it I received neither.

I was willing to eat two hours $130.00 which brings it down to $68.00.

I hope this stops at least ten people from hiring you.

Moved a three bedroom house with MVP, compete experience was superb. Three man Crew was good, specially Josh was exceptional .. I do hope I don't have to move soon but if I do I will choose them again.

By far the most professional and organized movers I have ever dealt with. I have moved dozens and dozens of times in my life on a variety of budgets and they were by far the best!!! Seamless, punctual, efficient, well organized, friendly great guys.

I moved locally and these movers were very affordable. Adam the office representative, helped me to organize my move and he was very useful.
First, I thought there would be a need to reschedule and they were ready to accommodate. My moving experience with this moving company turned out to be great

Great movers. These guys didn't break anything, wrapped our stuff very well, was on time and fast. Total time from 3rd floor apartment driving to a 2nd floor apartment was 3 hours which was pretty fast in my opinion. We did have a lot of stuff and heavy furniture.

Would certainly hire again when we move! Very professional.

Terrible company do not use they will hi jack your furniture. Very unprofessional and the owner is nasty

Great service! They called the morning of the day before to confirm the time they would arrive. During the move they made sure we were clear on what they were moving and where. Some of our furniture was a tight squeeze getting into the rooms we wanted it in but they did it without complaints or leaving a single mark on the walls.

Movers were 2 hrs late ..didn't cover any of my belongs...dirty finger prints on my mattress. Then they took the long way around to my new place getting lost ...and charged me an additional hr.

Excellent communication and customer service. Our possessions came off the truck clean, dry and in good shape. Very affordable.

I had 2 movers/1 truck, Rob and Josh, and they were amazing! They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know they were on their way, were very professional, and best of all, were quick to wrap my furniture up and unload it at the final destination.



Very trustworthy, too, as I had to leave a couple times while they were working, but were still working hard when I got back.



If you have to move, call MVP they were awesome!

MVP absolutely rocked! They were so quick and professional that my aunt demanded their contact info. I had a last minute job moving and they graciously accommodated me. The rates were awesome and they handled everything very professionally. I (very) highly recommend MVP Movers.

I just used MVP and I couldn't be happier. They were on time and they didn't stop for any breaks or drag time. They wraped everything neatly and when we got to the drop off location, they put everything where I wanted them to. This was my first time ever using a moving company and I'm so glad I decided to go with them.

It went very well. The movers showed up as expected a few minutes early. They moved quickly & carefully. They were very patient when I wanted a few more things moved at the last minute. Great experience.

had two movers for 7 hours with 26' truck. Very thorough and careful movers. Nothing damaged. Everything done quickly. Very friendly. Made sure all boxes and furniture went where we told them. Would use them again.

Second time around and just as amazing this time. We got a great team of three who clearly work really well together! They were fast, focused and very considerate/careful. It's so nice to know there is a great company like this to work with!

Moved today with Tim, Terrance and Leon. They were great. Fast and efficient. Took time to lay down carpet at new place. Were positive the whole time and focused on moving.



Double checked items and wrapped up everything secure.



Would recommend them.

What can I say these guys came thru when other numerous companies cancelled on me. Very professional and great work ethic. For their price range I seriously cannot complain.
