I asked for a deep tissue massage. The massage therapist kneaded my spine, and I ended up going to the doctor due to the pain. She told her manager that she performed a "spinal compression". The manager told me that this was a normal practice. After research and speaking with my doctor, the therapist should never touch your spine.



Now, the therapist is saying she never touched my spine and this operations manager is not taking responsibility for negligence. He contends that no wrong doing was performed.



The experience has been really dissapoining and shocking. The manager at this location was unprofessional and rude in dealing with this situation. No one offered an apology.



Now my spine continues to be sore after almost a week.



I don't normally write reviews; however, I want people to be aware of this so that no one else has this experience.



The operations manager will only refund my money if a sign a release indicating that I don't hold them responsible.
