This morning I visited Dr. Pak's dental practice as a new patient. The quality of services rendered from the moment Casey the Dental Assistant began with my x-rays all the way through explaining each finding and then sharing this information prior to Dr. Pak entering the room can only be described as exceptional professionalism, knowledge and expertise. Casey was extremely personable as well as gentle with my sensitive mouth. Dr. Pak was very upbeat, personable with outstanding bed side manners. She explained all my x-Ray and her examination of my teeth in detail with a step by step treatment plan for next steps. In closing, I must say this office exceeded my expectations as a matter of fact I would classify them as the elite dental office of Charlotte.
