Provided by YP.comEveryone was very nice. Parking is a hassle at first (hospitals are always confusing). Staff decent, Copeland, cnm very professional and gave a lot of good advice. Dr. Barrow was straight forward. Would recommend!

Provided by YP.comTerrible. Doctor Copeland said I was gaining weight because I was eating too many chocolates, however it was all fluid. To make a long story short, I was misdiagnosed and had a still birth at 28 weeks. I am heartbroken. Never again.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Midtown for 12 years. Dr. Belle is amazing and she always made me feel comfortable. Although wait times can be long, I was willing to wait because she was so fantastic! However, recently I couldn't be more disappointed in the quality of service and patient compassion. I had an appoint scheduled MONTHS in advance to see Dr. Belle for my annual and at the last minute was notified that she had left the practice and I would have to reschedule with another physician. Despite the fact that I had an appt. on record well in advance, I was told that I would have to wait another few months for the next available appt. with a female doctor. Even though this was an inconvenience, I agreed. When I called a while later to get my birth control and another medication I take for PCOS re-filled (2 weeks before the new appt date)., I was informed by the triage nurse that they would NOT re-fill my prescription since it had been over a year since my last annual (now remember, this is through no fault of my own!). I questioned how they could possibly do this knowing that a. the practice had delayed my next visit and b. my appt. was only 2 weeks away! The triage nurse was rude and didn't seem to care that I would go 2 weeks without medication that I need!!! I canceled my next appt. and booked with a new practice. Since Dr. Belle left Midtown is a joke. Please do yourself and favor and stay away from this place!

Provided by YPmobileI went to midtown obgyn on yesterday...I had an appt at 8:30..The parking and the hassle it is to get to the office is ridiculous!!!...I called to notify them that I'm in the deck parking and trying to find my way up...the receptionist proceeds to tell me I will have to re-schedule bc I'm not in the office..after a 20 minute
Ride to get to the office and pay for parking and find out I will have to reschedule!!!! I went ahead and
Went up to talk in person, and she says its considered no call no show_cancelled but im standing right there not to mention I called..the lines don't even open up until 8:30 same time as my appt to even get help on where to go.not to mention I went in for an serious issue with my uterus lining being too thick if it progresses could lead to uterine cancer..NO ONE cared to even consider my situation for being 5-10 mins late bc of their parking and having to take elevators just to get to the suite!!!!...I wouldn't recommend you go here.the drs aren't the worst, but the front desk definitely is..I suggest hiring new people!!! I will not return here..a waste of my time...gas and money!!!!

Provided by YPmobileMy boyfriend and I went to see Dr. White because I was having pregnancy problems. After she was done she said multiple times she will call on a certain day. She never did. My boyfriend and I called several times but we were never able to get a hold of anyone that could give us answers. I don't understand why a doctor acts so unprofessional.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Dr. White for 6 Years and am very happy with Midtown's service. The longest I remember waiting is like 20 minutes and I have never witnessed them booking more than one apt. for a time slot. Dr White is a great Dr. and I have never had any problems with Midtown.

Provided by YP.comMy personal experience with Midtown OB/GYN staff is extremely bad.
1. They double/triple book patients with the same doctor at same appointment time.
2. Wait time for Dr White is at least 1 hour. During my whole pregnancy, I have waited for 1 to 2 hrs for every office visit.
3. I met with a major car accident during 2nd trimester with no injuries. I tried to inform doctor per her initial instructions. Despite leaving multiple Voicemails nobody returned my call. Only during next visit I was able to communicate to the doctor.
4. Nurse services are bad. During one of my 9th month visits, I was made to wait for 1 hour for vaginal examination. I had to go to the restroom; the Mid-town nurse shouted at me that I'm not supposed to go to the restroom. Fortunately, Mid-town doctor came in my defense saying she is in her 9th month and that it’s hard to control bladder.
5. Billing department is extremely non-cooperative. Despite explaining how the change in insurance reduces my bill. They refused to understand. I had to overpay the amount and resolve it after delivery with the insurance company.
6. The doctor service is good; however the rest of the staff is so unprofessional that it’s not worth going to Mid-town OB/GYN.
I strongly do not recommend Mid-town Ob-GYN.

Provided by YP.comAre you kidding me? I think there are a couple of good doctors there but something is not right with the way they are managed. Too liberal. triage nurse is hateful.
