Got my hair braided 2 weeks ago in box braids for the first time. There were 4 ladies braiding my hair at once, so I was done in 3 hours. I'm very pleased with my hair and the color used to blend my hair color. Had a good conversation with the braiders in the shop and they were friendly to me like they always are. I've been getting my hair braided here for about 2 years now and very pleased every time.

Terrible service will never go there. Will not refer anyone to go here. You do not get your money worth. I had to give a star to submit. They do not deserve that one star

I used to like going to happy hair but this last experience has changed my mind. First of all she put my hair on a dirty counter. TheN I showed the stylist a picture of exactly how I wanted my twist and she did not do it that way. It's like they don't listen. Then lastly I started at 9 and didn't finish until 4 with the owner having an attitude cashing me out. I used to tell people to go to happy hair but now I say find some place else.

I love coming to happy hair. The shop is clean. The stylist are nice and friendly. And most off all my hair looks flawless for a reasonable price. It is never too tight, no bumps around you're edges. They are fast and are hip to the latest styles.

This was the absolute best experience I've had with a braiding shop. When i entered I was greeted kindly. I got senegalese twist and they did a BEAUTIFUL job. I had my twist done in 4 HOURS!! Of course I had two braiders but they were very focused and worked through 4 hours straight. All of my braids are the same size and are very neat. They have the braid sizes posted so the price is fair. The wait time to get in a chair was a bit long even though I had an appointment, but worth it because I spent only 7 hours overall at the shop. It usually takes 9-10 hours( wait time not included) when my hair is done at shops. I would only go back to them because they really produce the name of their shop.
