New River Gardens: Upper management...not a problem...very professional and polite and stick to the rules. Site manager...a true problem...not professional and had her favorites and didn't stick to the rules at all!!! Today was her last day. Upper management will start hearing from tenants who were afraid to talk now. I will say that upper management should (somehow) randomely and privately check with various tenants to get input...

I have health issues at my unit that were being ignored for three years. Always giving you the run around and always have some stupid reasons why they were unable to address the issues. They have the meanest and the rudest people working in the office. You want proof? Ask the tenant they are the living proof . That's why they have so much changing in management so if your a tenant with issues you are stuck with an issues. Good luck trying to rent any complex that this company manage.

!? Kim was mentally cruel,on the phone with me on the 18th,of Dec.2014, thinking that I was on the by myself, my daughter heard everything & abruptly ended that call on my behalf.…. But wait, it gets worse my identity was stolen, yes, they took my birth certificate and my social security card out of my file and Amy went to college and got her associates degree and health management. Now what do you think about that!! Do you think they have a right to treat me this way?? A high turnover rate of site managers is no excuse for hiring whoever fills out the app . Why wasn't Kim doing her job to protect my records ,I told her about it that June Amy Had Just Left. She would give me no answer.

I guess they did not screen all their workers as closely as state screamed I,me, not the 56 people in SC alone that has the same first and last name as I do!!! Hummm!!Gem Management needs to Teach this "Love thy Neighbors as thyself"! I am not feeling that!!!! The On site Manager Amanda ,who refused to go over the lease ,which I had not had no one explain to me on almost 2 years come March beecause of a cataract and she knows this but 2 Help me,that was against the A.D.A. If a person really cares about the tenants with disabilities they work with don't do for one and ignore the other because they ate not part of that group that go across the street to get their medicine and snacks, that not right that's pure Discrimination,by associaton of grouping and they get special pevileges but ride my back in return like a dog to make up for it ,Father God in Heaven,see's it all and watches over me!! When I sat here watching the door I askrd them to fix by puting a new one on it. It is not safe here I have had some one come into my apartmrnt recenhtly but I was told to complain about nothing, or this would be the result !_They broke something open and I left it just like that, I guess to scare me to leave,but I am not going anywhere. All of these issues mental creulty ,discriminaton, and have even had my personal space invaded at the wrong time needs to be addressed in a warm kind environment for my Health.and safety The only thing you can do is call them and ask them why,they have Allowed such things to happen, her in America, Today ,Now!

They say I owe rent .I have asked over and over again .I have asked to have a meeting with the CEO. I don't Know why the manager off my complex comes when she desires and doesn't have the ability not to discriminate against me. Attacking me far beyond I could ever imagine, and then, to have my 2 daughters experience her rage as well..KimB. made me have thoughts of not being safe, after what she said on the phone, after a natural disaster. I just had major surgery and urgently need more as we speak . No I don't feel well or like my self ,I am sick, and need surgery,Now !! I am not having any issues @ the present date and time and I deserve a break .I go to the dr. Monday and Tues. I don't think it is iN my best interest to continue on like this , Why did i have to call Mr. Morris to find out what I owe for rent after asking,Amanda,B.. a zillion times. I will put it in the mail no later than Monday by 5pm to GEM management. I know what a bad landlord is and that is what it has been like since Mrs. Villevetoe left in April 2013,Amanda hasn't been here.6 months. I know Gem Thrives on advertising Real estate Tycoons to hire GM's from them. but the one they have over this area takes a person's {mine) disabilities, color,age, financial status, marital status, and abuse them with them like putting them in a choke hold until they can't breathe and they want to die! PLEASE STOP THIS ! If the shoe were on another disabled,.fragile,person,with a different age,color,financial status [wants me out of hud ] And went across the street to get my medicine like 18 others on this side. I would have no problems. I KNOW DISCRIMINATION WHEN I EXPERIENCE and ABUSE, When I Feel It!! That's not GEM TRADEMARK INC., that KIM B. and training other to act like her! But the people that go across the street are not as sick as i am! Yet, they get special treatment and special privileges!! You have to show up and visit from time to time and talk with the people to understand what I am talking about !!

After falling 50 feet to the ground in 1998, I pretty much thought my world was over. But Gem Management designs there apartments so well for handicap people, my own grandmother would come visit me at my apartment often. She's far worse condition than myself, yet she comes in and makes herself at home. When I'm finally able to afford to build my own, I definitely will be asking Gem Management for there help
