I have to say Jerome Winfield is a very good service adviser. I have been to Performance Ford Lincoln now a few times to get my car serviced and I was lucky enough to get Jerome the last few times and his attitude has been great each time, even though I am very picky about the service I get. I've even tried to complain because when they rotated my tires the car pulled slightly to the left but Jerome without skipping a beat said let me have them check this right away. Very good attitude, I was very satisfied when I left there as always.. I will go no place else.

I purchased my vehilce from Performance three months ago and STILL have yet to get my new plate. I have called and , been promised calls and and I can HONESTLY say that the ONLY person that even bothered trying to help me and CALL me back was so sweet and helpful. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Keith Hawthorn Ford in Charlotte. I had a great experience at this dealership. Shawn Haggerty, in internet sales made this process unbelievable easy. I was in search of a specific car and found the best deal at Keith Hawthorn. All of the previous dealerships liked to play games and tried to sell me cars that I was not interested in. Shawn was very straight forward, honest and dependable. He went beyond the sale and ensured my car was to my standards. He stayed after hours to finish the sale so I could take it home that night and even had it fully detailed on the spot also. He also personally picked up my car to have some work done on it. My wife found the truck I was looking for on Auto Trader. It was at Keith Hawthorne Ford of Charlotte. I went in to see a particular person and he had stepped out with a customer so I had to wait a few minutes for someone to help me. It was well worth the wait. Dan (salesman) was a great guy. He went beyond helpful, he was like a friend. He was very courteous to both my wife and me. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. He knew that my wife and I had done our homework on the Internet and therefore the profit margin would not be as high if we had not, but he didn't let that slow him down or get in the way. He got us hooked up with a very nice lady who was a finance manager. She was very helpful to us, not pushy. Emailed many dealerships this was the only one that kept in contact while I decided for about 3 months. When I was ready to do it, they were ready to help. I special ordered my car and got it within 4 weeks. Took less than an hour and a half to get everything signed and the car turned over to me with the exact payments and trade in value I was looking for. Very Very happy.
