what a pleasure as always , I reserved a premium car, none had come in , so I was put into a Chevy Traverse , great ride, Clean and wonderful ! ! Customer service is spot on , as always I will rent from this location always !

Never again!! For my 9am pickup I wasn't even spoken to until 945. The car was so filthy I couldn't see through the windshield due to bugs, cigarette residue, and dirt. Luckily there was NO windshield wiper fluid to clean it. The outside was filthy as well. I had to go to the car wash and clean it myself. What a waste of my money.

I rented a Toyota Rav4 from this Enterprise which is not the one I usually use but because of the customer service I plan on rented at the Hilton Enetrprise everytime and I will tell all my friends and family in the Charlotte Area.

I have rented from this location for almost 3 years now and every time the service has been exceptional. The staff is very friendly and though I see new faces each time I am in there, they treat me like they have known me for years! Great people..great company
