I recently moved out to North Carolina from California to attend college at Duke. I brought with me my car, a 2010 BMW 335i. Throughout the cars history I have done all the non warrantied repairs and upgrade myself and I am not quick to let someone else work on my car.



After browsing the Internet I stumbled upon Dynamic Auto Tune and thought I'd give them a try installing an aftermarket intercooler as I don't have the tools or space to do it myself due to living in a dorm. They did a tremendous job and I was very pleased with the work and it only got better.



I returned about 3 weeks later to get performance brake parts installed as well as a fuel pump upgrade done. They did a tremendous job and I left the shop happy but as I began to leave my car started flashing a check engine light and had low power. I returned to their shop quickly and was able to catch them before they left as it was 9:30 and the shop was closed. They stayed open for me for another hour and a half and figured out the problem which had to do with the tuner I was running on my car. The owner even bought me food while I waited and there was no extra charge for the extra labor. I will continue to bring my car to this shop as long as I live in North Carolina.

Dynamic Auto Tune is the best in town....there service and cant beat prices are awesome. The staff there is very informative and helpful in anyway...I recommend everyone to go there

These guys are very nice and straightforward and they know what they're talking about. Matt fixed my VW Passat of problems that several other mechanics have not been able to fix. He explained everything he did and actually showed me the problems before he did the work. I trust him to take care of me and my car -- and I will be coming back to DAT

Okay, here is the deal-Dynamic Auto Tune delivers! Have taken both my VWs there and they always complete the worked as quoted and you will not need to worry about the quality of the work!! These guys are top shelf! I have sent a few friends their way(who don't own a euro) and they were treated the same great way! I am positive Dynamic will be around along time and given the level of Euro knowledge as well as customization, and incredible prices, you owe to yourself and your car to visit these guys for anything your car needs!! Matt and the Dynamic team are building a quick reputation for being ethical and fair regarding any opportunity. I've been taking my son's 525i there since buying it used last year. I know there is a horrible stigma associated with automotive repair, and I am sure I can’t be the only one who has felt ripped off time and time again by dealing with mechanics I did not trust. At dynamic Auto Tune this is simply not the case. I never feel pressured or ripped off... They give free estimates and stand behind their work. As long as I am in Charlotte my BMW will be taken here. My headlight was out and they stayed open late to help me. They are trustworthy dependable, and honest ( I specifically left in my glove box what could have only appeared to be an unknown wad of cash that was in fact $100 exactly...it was ALL still there.. as was the 20 I left under the seat!!). I had an estimate from Hendrick BMW and unbeknownst to Dynamic they beat the price SIGNIFICALLY without any attempted negotiation from me. They also looked at it for FREE... That’s a wee bit better than a $199 diagnosis fee from a dealer!!!

Recently purchased a 2000 Lincoln LS. Even though the guys at Dynamic Auto Tune specialize in BMW, VW, Audi, etc, they were more than willing to help me out with my Lincoln. I needed the AC compressor replaced ASAP and they brought it in and did the job in no time! Even saved me a few hundred dollars! I definately found my new go to shop. Matt, Ted and Scott were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them!

Great service, extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff, and HUGE savings over going to the BMW dealership. Diagnoses my car for free, essentially! HIGHLY recommended to anyone who owns a german car.



I recently had them replace the CCV on my car- BMW wanted close to 900 for the job, Dynamic did the same work for a little less than 500, using OEM parts. Going to Dynamic Auto is a no-brainer for anyone needing work done on their BMW, Benz or Audi.
