Provided by YP.comI have been looking for a coupon for local vets all day. I ran across YP.com for Sharon Lakes Animal Hospital which had two different ways on how to get coupons for them. When I called they said they had no idea what it was about and put me on hold for a while. Then said they had no idea it was on there and they do give low prices on their on-line pharmacy. When I told them my dog needed dental work the lady said oh long pause and that was it. You would think that she would have given me information on their clinic. They were not helpful and not knowledgeable on their business as far as advertisement went. They get one star for answering the phone.
I'm so sorry you were unhappy with your experience speaking with our receptionist. We strive to be helpful, informative, and welcoming to new clients. She certainly should have told you about our hospital, the process for scheduling a dental evaluation and subsequent cleaning. Sharon Lakes is proud to have the reputation of not only being at the top of our profession medically, but also when it comes to personal relationships with our clients & patients. I apologize that this was not your experience with us. Regarding the coupon itself, we did not know that YP.com had put a coupon on our listing -- your call alerted us to this. Because the coupon was inserted without our knowledge, our team was unprepared to be asked about it. I hope you will consider calling on us again to care for your dog.
