We did an upfit with Mr. Peoples for Charlotte Choice Charter School. The school has occupied the space for three months and Mr. Peoples will not pay us the $29,519.00 he owes. He claims the school has not paid him but the school says they have. He avoids our phone calls and keeps his office doors closed and locked. DO not work with this company or your property will end up encumbered by liens from people who he does not pay!!
