I ordered my bedrom set in nov 2011.they gave me the wrong set.after negotiation & I keep the one delivered with a process on decrease of price& furniture set up.they charge delivery fee but don't set up furniture.smh.here it is july 2012 & I'm still waitin on replacemnet mirror,the right size rails&the dresser wood is already splitting.the rep "NOR".STILL HASN'T RETURNED CALLS& NW NO1 HAS BEEN ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!THERE WAS A REPORT ON OR LOCAL NEWS AS ONE OF THE WORST BUSINESS IN CHARLOTTE& THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED 2 THE BBB BY OTHERS.I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM AS WELL!TIMES ARE TO HARD. TO BE GETTING OVER ON PPL THAT'S ALREADY OUT HERE BARELY MAKING IT.

They are liars. They say "Same day delivery". It's been a week and I am still getting the run-around about my furniture. Stay away from these crooks. They will take your money and not produce your merchandise. All they care about is saving money on shipping costs from their supplier. This place should be shut down for bad service! Answer your phone like real men and stop avoiding my calls, jerks! I will continue to call you at 704-523-0013 (South Blvd location) until you refund me my money or give me my furniture.
