I brought a brand new, never been worn gown to get steamed because it had wrinkles. The gown was for my step-son's wedding. I picked the dress up, and it had black stains all over the skirt part of the dress. The owner told me that I brought the dress in like that, and that he did not do that to my dress. That is a complete lie!! He made me pay for the steaming and accused me of lying. I brought the dress to another dry cleaners, she explained to me that the dry cleaner who steamed my dress, "Dewy Dry-Cleaners" used dirty water, and she was able to scratch the black stains off my dress. The dress still has stains, but they are white now and not black, they are less noticeable. He ruined my dress and lied about it. Do not go there, they use dirty water and are not honest!

These people treat you like family. If you go once, you will be back. Oh did I got the prices? They're awsome in that area aswell : )
