Data Recovery Group saved my bacon when the hard drive containing ALL my photos got corrupted, just a few weeks before my 10th wedding anniversary - for which I had been putting together a huge photo collage! They recovered all of my precious photos, and I was able to complete the collage in time. I also learned a valuable lesson about backing things up. (dummy)

I am a small business owner and dropped my laptop and had failed to backup my data for several years. Took the computer to Geek Squad who could not help. Other companies indicated they would have to send the computer out for several weeks to retrieve the data. I was lucky to find Data Recovery Group in Charlotte. First, they were local and I could actually speak with a Data Recovery expert. Secondly, Ron Davis, did an outstanding job understanding my needs and recovering my data at a reasonable cost and in a fast and efficient manner. In the event you lose your data, I HIGHLY recommend Data Recovery Group. P.S. Please ignore the first idiotic rating related to something other than service delivery.
