Founded by Oksana McCarthy in 2010, Carolina Royal Strings is comprised of a team of highly skilled, classically trained professional musicians with a wealth of performance experience both at home and abroad. Having toured the globe performing in such prestigious venues as Sydney Opera House, Berlin Philharmonic Hall and Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, the members of CRS are proud to now call Charlotte, home.

Carolina Royal Strings provides affordable and stylish music entertainment for weddings, corporate and social events, engagement proposals, gala balls, gallery openings, banquets, holiday parties, cocktail parties and even private dinners.

Our mission is to provide outstanding personal service, deliver a flawless performance, and to create an atmosphere of elegance, joy and sophistication for your special event.

Thank you Carolina Royal Strings for the beautiful music you provided for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Because of our musical background, the ceremony and reception music was very important to us. We wanted the music to be a highlight of the night and your ensemble delivered. You provided beautiful music for our guests prior to the ceremony, which set the perfect tone. The music during the ceremony was superb and your ensemble provided the perfect mood as our guests arrived at the cocktail hour. Our guests were highly complementary of all the music. You are truly an ensemble of gifted and talented musicians. I greatly appreciated the ease at which we were able to work together to create the perfect repertoire for each venue. Our available ensembles include, but are not limited to; string quartet, string trio, string duo, solo violin or solo cello. Larger ensembles are available upon request.
