She failed to submit a special form. After I paid to have her submit. Then no answer to my calls and emails.

Just an FYI for people of the Charlotte area to avoid going to Burchett Financial Services. I went today to get a receipt for the services she provided last year. We were not given one last year we paid half cash and half card. When I arrived I was treated very poorly and was flat out told she would not provide a receipt to anyone. After telling her that I was not given one last year she told me to leave. I was completely nice when I went in to ask for one. I have never been treated so poorly. After reading some reviews on her she apparently has messed up on a lot of peoples taxes. I hope she is satisfied with the poor way she treated a paying customer because she has lost a lot of business from us. I am very upset with this and know that God and Karma will take care of it.
