Working with Brilliant POS has been a great experience overall. This will be our store's first POS system and they have been particularly helpful in guiding us through the process in implementing such a system. We have received consistent and prompt responses to any inquiries we have posed and are very happy with the system itself. It is both a user friendly and visually appealing setup.

We recently purchased the Salmon River Lighthouse & Marina in Port Ontario, NY. Our operation includes cabin rentals, rental of the Lighthouse residence, sale of gas & diesel and a convenience store operation. One of our biggest concerns was finding the best Point of Sale system to run our convenience store. After a great deal of research and many phone conversations with various entities, we decided on the Brilliant POS primarily because the online live demonstration of the system convinced us the system would meet all of our needs and would be easy to learn. We have had our system for a month now and truly love it! It is very user friendly and allows us to run our convenience store efficiently and effectively. Our Sales Rep, Aaron Hershberger, has been very responsive when we have had questions - even AFTER we purchased the Brilliant POS. This is one of the best solution we've ever had. It was pre-configured, so all we had to do was take it out of the box and plug it in. The remote training class was comprehensive, we caught on very quickly. We've been operating the units for 6 months now and no issues. It's fast and efficient. We would recommend it to any retail stores out there.
