Im so thankful I have Bottom Line Property Management company to take away the stress of renting out my home. I live out of state, and I have had two separate renters since I moved away a few years ago. They have taken care of everything from leasing, getting the house move in ready, and taking care of all of the maintenance. I don't even have to think about it!

By far the worst and most unprofessional Property Management Group in Charlotte. My wife and I scheduled to view a home, and it looked nothing like the pictures they took of the place. This place was such an absolute DUMP, my wife and I felt catfished by the misleading and photoshopped images taken of this place. There was trash all over the place. A broken satellite dish was left in the yard. A rusty air condition vent was just left lying around. A deflated soccer ball was left in the shrubs. Chipped paint, mold, and structural damage all over. Broken tiki torches just left lying around. Essentially it was just an overall unwelcoming, and unsafe place that just made you feel dirtier the longer you stayed. It's unbelievable that these people would actually let people view a house in such a horrible condition.

During our scheduled viewing times we were never provided with access to actually see the home despite us giving over all of our information. We tried calling their office to see if we could get in, but we either got stuck talking to a robot, or an incompetent employee who literally knew nothing at all. After seeing how unprofessional and incompetent this company was and how dilapidated the property was, my wife and I no longer wished to rent the home. When we called in to withdraw our applications the next day so that they wouldn't hurt our credit scores by doing an inquiry for a house that's not even suitable for my worst enemy to live in...the rude lady on the phone literally had us ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES while she pretended to get us an answer! When we tried to call back it went straight to voicemail.

This company can't even live up to their name because they couldn't even do the BARE MINIMUM of the "bottom line". Please do not waste your time with this company. My wife and I truly regret giving all of our sensitive information, time, and money to this sham of a company. I hope no one else has the misfortune of dealing with these unprofessional con artists. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GRIFTERS.
