Dealing with Barringer and Barringer has been the single worst experience that I have had with a service provider in Charlotte. I could type for 3 pages, but to summarize: they butchered our yard, refused to respond to complaints, consistently skipped weeks of service and denied doing so, and repeatedly provided the absolute worst customer service. Technically, you cannot even call it customer service when a company simply refuses to respond to questions/complaints and the only outgoing communication is in the form of bill collection. I am honestly shocked they have any clients given the unprecedented lack of value that they placed on maintaining our satisfaction as customers. Use anyone else.
