infested with BED BUGS,A NIGHTMARE TO GET RID OF,MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE ,PLUS OUTDATED,BUT THE KEY TO THIS,IS THAT THESE BED BUGS ARE EVERYWHERE.

This is a great place to live if you don't mind roaches, mice, poor maintenance and apathetic staff. I had roaches come into my apartment about a year ago and it took a week for them to send out an exterminator. Two weeks ago I had mice come in and I still haven't received so much as a call back letting me know they're working on it. I left them written notice and left a message on voicemail so I know they know about it. They just don't care.



They charge rents like this place is the Hilton. Let me tell you it isn't. There are so many soft spots in my floors the place could likely be condemned. Water stands outside the building for a week or more after it rains. The balcony leading to my front door is falling down and leaning badly. They are constantly doing construction (they are currently replacing roofs on the buildings) but nothing ever improves because they hire crappy contractors. After the last roof replacement (a year ago) it rained and water came pouring into my apartment. Now they're replacing roofs again, the second time in a little over a year.



This place is an absolute joke. If they charged $300 less for the apartments I could look the other way. But they're wanting to raise my rent to $630 plus water (previously water was included) even with all these problems they know about. No way.



Under no circumstances would I encourage anybody to live here. Look across the street for much better apartments for about the same price.
