Great experience. The customer service is the best I’ve seen. Michael was amazing with assisting me. I highly recommend going in and seeing the showroom to see the high quality inventory!

I called and spoke with Nathan. I was looking for a specific marble and I wanted it with as few flaws and fillers as possible. Nathan said the slab they had "was real nice". I told him I lived 2 1/2 hours away and I didn't want to drive up if it wasn't a nice slab. When I arrived, another gentleman (who was very nice) walked me back to show me the slabs. The first one was full of fillers. I rubbed my hand down the front and a chunk of filler fell off! The man and another employee both commented that it was not a good slab. I then asked to see the slab behind it and I was informed that the other 2 were already sold, but they would be getting more next week. I am very frustrated that I was not only basically lied to by Nathan, but also wasn't even informed by him that they only had one slab for sale -when I needed 2. I have no idea what he expected me to do when i got there (find a different type of marble?). He just wasted my day.
