Generally a good organization. They have some last minute troubles with student driving times

They had a sick driver one day with no back up plan and called to cancel at the same time that the appointment was scheduled for. The second issue was the driver instructor forgot about the appointment and called again at the time of the "appointment" to find out what time they were supposed to meet.
