I would not return to this office. You cannot treat people like they are lesser individuals, just because they can't afford your prices/higher options.

INITIAL REVIEW:

They wanted to charge $3,000.00 for a root canal, which would typically be $1,000.00. I had an extraction done with one tooth "pulled" ended up being close to $500.00 (x-ray on 1 tooth, tooth pulled, gas). After about an hour sitting in the chair terrified, the second they were done they said, "You're paid, you can leave now." I left slightly disoriented and felt like I wasn't treated very well because I did not choose the more expensive treatment option (that I could not afford). When I first came the staff was great, took my coat and purse hung it on the door for me. Not the case when I left. It can be VERY emotional to be treated so poorly just because you cannot afford the higher more expensive option presented... For example my friend that referred me... She got a care credit card to afford their high prices and guess what? She was asked how she was doing following the procedure and walked out to her car. She was also very upset and horrified with the way I was treated. I gathered my things and had difficulty finding my way to the exit. I had to ask someone to help me find the door to exit the office. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes to collect myself, after being immediately sent on my way after an hour worth of drilling. No one asked if I was okay or cared about my well-being. I left and drove myself home crying and dizzy. Worst experience EVER! I will not be going back. If you don’t mind dropping lots of cash you will be happy going to this dentist.

Go to another dentist. They are too expensive, and perform unnecessary procedures to pad the bill

You will never find another dental office like Simpson Dental, everyone is so friendly and makes you feel that your with friends. I have never seen an establishment so prestine. I was in NO pain at ALL, I mean NONE, when I had what I thought was going to be my DREADED ROOT CANAL!!!!! Guess what, to my surprise I DIDNT FEEL A THING!!!! WOW!!!! THATS ALL I CAN SAY, TRUST ME when I tell you this is the only place I will ever go They are AMAZING!!!!!!

You wont find another dental office around with such caring and compassionate people. They have the best state of the art facility around. Everyone is highly trained in all areas of the dental field. They even have there own in house lab I don't know anyone around who has that. If you are looking for high quality dental care you want to go there.
