I had surgery on wednesday, and had to go back on thursday morning due to the fact that I wasn

t told anything about my surgery or what to look for. I had stiches in the roof of my mouth and had not idea what I was feeling in my mouth. On Friday, I still had lots of pain and swelling. I didnt even get a chance to explain what was going on before the office staff just told me I needed to come in between 8:00 and 1:00 to see the doctor. She was very short, and rude to me. I pretty much just got hung up on and was put off.

My child was referred here, and on arrival waiting room was packed like sardines. Certainly felt like we were just a number in a line of many. I was not able to talk to anyone who was going to do surgery on my child. They accepted my insurance card without telling me that they were not a provider for my insurance. I am stuck with a HUGE bill. They are not helpful or knowlegeable about insurance at all. NOT RECOMMENDED! Find a more helpful, personable dental surgeon!
