After trying many other local places I found a company that listened and work with my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very experienced! They explained that getting insurance approval takes some time and it is not a fast process. it was worth the wait.

Three weeks passed after ordering diabetic shoes and discovered the shoes had not been ordered...they used the excuse that husbands doctor had not gotten back with them to approve his selection. We found out today that the office staff had never contacted the doctors office, and now it has been five weeks. I believe since they remarked about his large foot, maybe there wasn't enough profit margin in this pair. I was told that it was the office manager that didn't follow up on this pair of shoes. I cancelled the order today. You could not pay us to place an order with this company. Zero points. Zero customer service. The young man I spoke to was unapologetic and was happy to cancel the order. He couldn't have cared any less.

The Charleston Orthopedic Company has been extremely friendly and helpful to me in the past. I was referred to Cecil Tankersley by my foot specialist. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with an Orthodist. His family business has a courteous staff and professional atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone in need!
