Unsatisfied to say the least. First of all I called about my house being hot and the issue never was addressed. The tech came out and replace my still working (was about to go out shortly though) capacitor without saying anything to me, and then got charged 160 for a 20 part. I have never dealt with a company who takes it upon them self's to replace parts with out discussing it with the owner first. I also asked tech to look in my attic and inspect the air handler and ducts. All he did was pop his head in the attic and say ever thing looked ok. At the time i didn't realize but all my Christmas decorations when in the way, so he couldn't see anything. Later that day I went into the attic and investigated myself. I found 4 leaks one being under the air handler.I was also told that the tech didn't have enough time to dig deep into the issue, because he had 4 more clients after me. I was then told the dispatcher would call me to schedule another appointment when he wouldn't be so busy to investigate further. I never heard from the company again after he left. I called a couple of days later to express my frustrations, and the only thing I was told was that another tech would be sent out. And at this point I knew what my problem was so the techs services we not needed.
