Provided by YPmobileWaitress was sweet and honest to a fault. She told us the himachi came from Japan and was frozen and that most sushi is frozen. I'm spoiled I guess after living in Calif but I'm used to fresh sushi. Place was hard to find2. Not gps friendly :( oh well
